My skincare regimen - Get that healthy glow! Good skin care is essential to developing the female illusion. Women naturally have very smooth skin, and if you don't, your makeup will enhance that difference. The good news is that you can make you're skin smoother if you take some steps and are dedicated to it. In some cases you may resort to microdermabrasion or some other techniques for smoothing skin, but first try a good skin care regimen. Here's what I use, and how: I use Clinique and Lancome products for my daily skin care. Here's the three things I use every day. Clinique Facial Soap for Oily Skin - This stuff comes in different grades for different skin types. The person at the Clinique counter will be able to tell you what you need for your skin type. I use this twice every day to clean my face, and I use it along with a couple other things, to remove most of my makeup. I like that it came with its own soap dish. It was 12 bucks but it will probably last a good 6 months or more. Clinique Clarifying Lotion - Not really a lotion at all, this stuff is more similar to Sea Breeze than anything else. Its primary ingedient is alcohol, and it's very good at getting any makeup or dirt that remains after you wash with the soap. It also cleans the pores very well. I put a generous amount of this on a cotton ball and use that to apply this stuff to my entire face. It feels great and cleans well. If the cotton ball shows a lot of makeup or dirt, I do it again to make sure I got everything. Lancome "Multi-Vital" Moisturizer - This is very good stuff, although a little expensive. I use it only in the mornings. It has SPF level 30, so it's great for after my laser treatments. It is important to use a good moisturizer every day. Clinique makes some good ones as well, but I think one with SPF of 30 is a good idea. I will write a little about emergency skin care issues at a later time, but for now, just do something similar to what I'm doing, and you should find your skin is better looking every day! Good luck! |
